Roasting coffee for me is a fun blend of science and alchemy. Roasting in micro batches allows me to play around in finding interesting processes and coffee producing regions. I'm a big fan of naturals and anaerobics but also love the balance washed process offers. That's the beauty of coffee, so many options for different tastes, moods and brewing methods.
